DL, share share your workout routine including cardio pls biggrin.gif. i notice you're quite thick even after cutting, you still do compound moves?

Same stuff I do all the time. Except lower reps and lower volume. Workouts last half an hour.

Hmm... you did said you are now more on machines? Got back to squatting? So did you increase the intensity of the workouts by shortening the rest time? hmm.gif

No, I haven't. My last recorded squats was on youtube 355 x 8-10 i think. Everytime I sit down on a chair with a posture like leaning my elbows on my knees casually and I get up, it hurt and i need to stiffen myself in a duck like poster for half a minute. It hurts so bad. Pedro has seen me in those episodes before.
Seriously damn the ego moment on deadlifts. There are so many things i regret in my early training days.

I always feel if u go heavy, injury is imminent. Especially on free weights. Not that I'm against it since we will do it anyway. All pro bodybuilder has injuries b4. Just like any other sportsmen. It's a learning process I guess and a rather painful one.

i agree with darklite's approach with machine. its an underrated bb'er tool n always overlooked. I dunno if hammer strength qualifies as a machine though. hahaha

i have that pro now too and other caused by bad posture on lifting
dare not go the gym now
havent been for 2 months
hv been visiting tit tar but the fees is so expensive rclxub.gif
now m sustaining with swimming

Weee ,kena balik kampung utk Hari Raya.
Lost about 4-5kg of mass during the month of Ramadhan.
Wont be back til middle of next week, then i can finally train again, and progress can finally be made!
