I have a friend just like him.. super rip and never gain weight.. He took part in last 2 week mr perak competition and got second... his weight hardly to increase but the body is super rip..

I'm natural fat tongue.gif

I've been training a year.. i started last year july smile.gif

my height is 171 cm and i just weight myself this morning 82.5kg.. Last week 85kg i try to maintain at 85kg but this morning i weight myself at 82.5kg kinda disappointed.

Maybe because i did some cardio in the morning.

hm... i wanted to go heavy but i cant hardly push unless a person there ready for me or else the barbell fall on me...

i tried benching 50kg each side... 3 reps den i stop doing that anymore because i don't really feel much... is out of form...
