hm... to me kinda weird, maybe ur body can take it so much...
i control my food intake basically no fried or fat or oily stuff, then I'll can get into something that i want..
but if i eat something like what u always eat, may turn out different. One reason is it because u hv been bb-ing very long and always stay in this shape.
Just my point of view. no offence.

I can imagine that, i got a few friends (they actually competed on stage) that "looked" heavy but the scale might tell the opposite... like what you said, 90% muscles and 10% something else

Lose too much of muscle mass sigh... I think it's coz of his work out too... he's been pressing 3xxlbs so he definitely burn more calories compare to others

Hmm... I know I said I would take a progress pic next week but I couldn't resist taking one yesterday for fun. I'm already more leaner than in this pic but I'll wait a week more. As you can see, vascularity is coming along nicely. Sorry for the bad lighting, I prefer black and white pics.
