Agree. We cannot change the size of our wrist(bones) can build muscles on the forearm.

I never did those.

Go heavy on deadlifts/shrugs/rows basically anything that requires grip strength and it will force forearm development!

I see. Ok

According to source Forearm is the most neglected part of their program. As it is also important to perform our daily tasks such as opening door knob, brushing teeth, help people to lift heavy stuffs and etc. Yes you are right also. Eventually will link to forearm development by doing dead lifts, shrugs and rows.

Most programs don't include forearms because they usually have dl's and rows included. I don't do wrist curls too and my forearms have grown just from heavy dl, shrug and rows like what pedro says

It will be a bonus if you spend a little more time on the neglected part. I exercise a lot on my forearm cos tennis & badminton some what uses strength. Especially tennis.. Just work on my strength conditioning, a little on bicep and deltoids which is beneficial for my game. That's why one side of my body is bigger and stronger than my other part icon_rolleyes.gif

i think we are working on different goals here haha. most of us do full body workouts and focus more on aesthetics than strength.
