As far as I am concern, cardio also promotes good health and stable heart beat per minute. Dispose toxic from body by sweating.

QUOTE(Alphaproject @ Aug 15 2011, 02:20 PM) hmmm, remainds me of "pak cham kai" ..... anyway, like you said, size is useless in tennis and badminton... if you were my size, your agility and speed will suffer brah... my goal is to build to my full potential of my gene allow me too... and i haven't peak yet... Yep, just making a joke lor. That's why I cannot go too big just fit and tough. Most importantly is agility to me. How much do you eat in a day? |

5-6 meals a day, that is including 2 shakes... so is 3-4 solid meals... i dont follow the bodybuilding meal to the letter, but i watch out my fat and carb intake... im about 170cm and 86kg... Added on August 15, 2011, 2:31 pm i don't know i wanted to get mad or laugh.... 5-6 meals including 2 shakes. You really are feeding sufficient amount of protein and nutrient to your body and muscle. What is your monthly fix expenditure for your body building? |

We all can do Anything in our life we desire to whether it's sports, traveling, sports, body building, reading and the list goes on.
Don't excessively over do it. Too much of anything is no good. I have a stable job, active in my favorite sports, go drinking with my buddies occasionally, play TF2 casually for leisure, like to watch tv also. Have a good gf, happy family too. Seem that my life is balance and moderate. Up to how you manage your time for your daily things. Good luck!:) |

QUOTE(pedro @ Aug 16 2011, 08:19 AM) I never did those. I see. OkGo heavy on deadlifts/shrugs/rows basically anything that requires grip strength and it will force forearm development! According to source Forearm is the most neglected part of their program. As it is also important to perform our daily tasks such as opening door knob, brushing teeth, help people to lift heavy stuffs and etc. Yes you are right also. Eventually will link to forearm development by doing dead lifts, shrugs and rows. |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Aug 16 2011, 08:42 AM) i dun do forearm exercises too coz other exercises edi tap it, so no point spending more time on it. It will be a bonus if you spend a little more time on the neglected part. I exercise a lot on my forearm cos tennis & badminton some what uses strength. Especially tennis.. Just work on my strength conditioning, a little on bicep and deltoids which is beneficial for my game. That's why one side of my body is bigger and stronger than my other part back and biceps workout usually use alot of forearm. |

QUOTE(MelForC3 @ Aug 17 2011, 09:14 AM) Too much of vein, people will start calling "wire-man" zzz..... stay away from him because might get electric shock... a friend make fun of me in the gym... Veins popping out can be nice to see but too much is like worms crawling underneath the skin. This is a comment from a girl friend of mind.I admire and envy Usain Bolt body figure so much. He's 6ft. 5" with solid lean build. |
