yes you are correct, but to go as low as 4% bodyfat require a huge amount of effort .....
There should be some tricks on how to achieve this without losing your sanity. Imagine 6 pax, and whats more impressive, shredded glute !!!! |

Without layer of fat, the muscles will be showing. But, kalau muscle kat situ tak besar in the first place, tak guna gak. Like me. |

QUOTE(ChipZ @ Dec 15 2011, 09:04 PM) there are many ways, if its just for casual use, then either use online calculator, or follow a friend to gym and they have the measuring machine there, with couple of other parameters as well.If you want it for long term purpose, then buy one, there are many brands out there, I'm kinda bias towards Tanita (or you could look at Omron as well). The have many models too to suit your requirements and budget. BTW, the most accurate way of measuring is to go with Hydrostatic (under water), but I'm not sure, if they have it in our local gym here...maybe someone could throw some light here... the easiest and most accurate is the rope-choke method used by the US Marine.
google it. it involved an equation with logarithm. just have to plug in few variables(ur measurements). |

@VeeJay, I actually doubt the accuracy of those electronic scale. U know those scales which Herbalife promoters always use. Tried it once and indicates mine is at 9% which I highly doubt.
@moe, thanks for that one. Learned a new way |

For a start just go to a gym and check it out, I heard most of the gym here uses Tanita.@moe, thanks for that one. Learned a new way Gym goers, please give your feedback...sorry me no go to gym, just home gym I was bias with Tanita, because I have 2 of them, the oldest bought back in 1998, and still works great, and its damn cheap in States...
