how long uve been working out?

front pic?
*
about a year serious lifting (previous half year casual lifting with zero knowledge, in total year a half+?). had a certain health problem in may 2011 and stopped lifting for 2 months (zero lifting.. literally) all the way until early july. lost most of my gains and strength. started lifting again that early july, was motivated as shit when i was told about how unhealthy i looked by my peers. will elaborate if anyone cares.. smile.gif

will post up one front pic when i get back. gonna go kill my legs now.

i'm ecto btw.

Imo the best way to get attention here is to do this:

(Picture of yourself)
Your bench press, deadlift, ohp or squat poundage. Pick an impressive one.

Look at adix. The regs here have been hounding him for a vid for ages now.

BW ~ 63.5kg (including water weight, on small amount of creatine)
%BF ~ any idea?

lifts aren't great at all, as for now they are:

*note i do pyramid sets so i guess i'll post the higher weights i can do?

flat bench db press ~ 25kg each side x 6 (4th set)
incline db press ~ 22.5kg each side x 8,6 (3rd, 4th set)
squats ~ 22.5kg each side x 6 (4th set, ass to grass)
overhead db press ~ 20kg each side x6 (3rd, 4th set)
deadlifts ~ don't know my max since i hardly do them due to weakness in lower back
pull ups ~ BW 8,8,6,5,3 reps? i usually try hit 30 reps

don't think you guys will be interested in isolation exercises right? haha.

i know they are nothing impressive but hey i'm working on them icon_rolleyes.gif

yes you are correct, but to go as low as 4% bodyfat require a huge amount of effort .....

There should be some tricks on how to achieve this without losing your sanity.

Imagine 6 pax, and whats more impressive, shredded glute !!!!

I know pretty well how to judge bf%. You are not 8%. If it is so, your ab lines will be showing very clearly and your shoulders would be ripped.
*
i'll post up mine soon. help me judge it.

Aiya... all like to look good and keep fit at this age ma. Few yrs down the road c who's left persevering to the iron? I've been here since end of 2008 lol. Dan likewise... still loving bodybuilding as much as I did 4 yrs back.
*
i've been into this for almost 2 and a half years. without a doubt, i'll continue lifting until the day i become unable to do so. but yeah its true that many people give up halfway when they come to realise that this shit requires so much dedication.
