I think I'm smaller than you now, Dan. Lol, graduating in engineering doesn't make me a sage. The pic was taken after chest day.

Hey I have big traps due to my long neck too. Used to think of it as weird, but then again as I balance it out I don't have to do shrugs or any direct trap work at all.

john you doing heavy deadlift wont it gives you traps work?
i am having problem for balancing them
any extra delts work you do to catch up them ?

i might add in 2 session of delt per week .
the deadlift i used to do gives me extra traps work so i have stop working them until i get balance them doh.gif

Surprise surprise! I don't do deadlifts. However, I think my trap work are mostly done during lateral raises. Cant help it... or am I doing them the wrong way? hmm.gif

High trap is compensated with broad shoulder i guess.. if narrow shoulder might look a lil weird. i have high trap too. doesn't look that bad at all with my shoulder. to ur surprise it actually look good on tshirts.. bulgin trap. always had good comments..

Trudatt!! I only hate times when my delts arent pumped but my traps are. doh.gif

Nottingham. Need time to prepare for exams, not enough rest if I train and study at the same time. Gym is open everyday for me, but I don't stay on campus.
