I understand that they have to make previous buyer happy. But what I don't understand is say after discount it cost 1.7-1.8 million, this is still more expensive than Lepironia Gardens; It is smaller in built up, smaller in land size, not as nice in concept, less strategic in terms of location etc but still more expensive? The beauty about properties is ther are still takers. I guess beauty lies in the eye if the beholder. I for sure will go for Lepironia if I have the money. BTW, is SP Setia pricing the remaining units higher than previously sold? Will they go behind early buyers' back to offer renovation rebates in cash?
