I think new semi D will be around 15% higher than phase 1 in order to clear all the remaining units.

What will SP Setia do with the remaining units? Will they add on cash like 150k to new buyers like what they did with SEP remaining units? If they do that it will be grossly unfair to current owners. What will u all do if this happens?

Agree.. The curvy window may create problem in future if break.

Foundation n superstructure inside SEG area completed. Piling works along Lingkaran Putrajaya ongoing. Overall looks ok n completion by end 2015 is achievable.

No problem. My house is literally 10 mins away from seg and my wife is studying in cyberjaya. So no big deal at all
