Saw my autovile unit during the last raya break. Eager to see how the garden behind my unit will turn out. Now can appreciate the distance of my unit with others. Sorry didn't post pictures.

The show units are still under renovation n I would say it's about 40% done so far. Realistically, if they can open the show units together with some landscape in order to create some wow factor before xmas, that will be great.

SEG is emphasizing waterfront living n arts of fountain.
Curious what will b the overall living environment n feeling once VP next year.

Factory phase 1 nearly sold out, so they building show unit for phase 2 ma prior to launching.

they have limited space to play around. so better just sell without showroom is ok. no need waste time and money to do demo. more over, their sale is doing very well.
