oh yeah this one im viewing the cristal residence 3 storey link villa....the SA told me so far only 3 units sold for link villa....no wonder since at their price....investor will have so many choice between SH, SEG and Sejati Residence...i said u should sell those 3 storey at 1mil-1.1mil after discount...confirm will get many buyers...

The built up is quite narrow....and then so many steep staircase....

In my mind lol im surveying prop for my father in law if me young also tak larat climb all this stairs daily...very pity my beloved FIL la...huhu
