i do not agree... i didn't said Huan Xi , You Mei not good... i think it sound ok, sound peaceful.... suitable for residential. that guy said bad branding just because using Chinese name... which he should feel shame on his thought.

Da Men suitable for commercial development... which i believe it is....

i think what yap mention if developer din increase the price too much, the flipper also can not sell high to make profit because new buyer would buy from developer rather goto sub sale....
and indirectly enciurage people to stay by their own....
