Last visit...SMD should be almost sold out

The link villa (huanxi n youmei) was sold out during ballot day in oct. Even the dropped out were sapu kering x2. Current units are phase 2 n only few left due to bad location.

Smd is different story but i thought only few units left only?

Dropped by last weekend. Phase 2 linkvilla already increased100k min. 50% units openned only. Few units left n some are pretty good units.

Not sure about pre-lunch. Asked the sa but i was told that's the price as i have gone through all the booked units as well. The price seems like up 100k even the worst units that backing the highway. However, i was told it is likely that SPS may give 2% rebate when it is officially open for sales since the first x units openned now are just for " preview" with indicative price. Techinically 10k booking without any obligation.

After phase 2 mana ada linkvilla again? Mayb few units in each island.

Based on the latest seg review by propcafe, it is not many left. Only about 10 units left for smd too. Very details review.

Strata title takes time to issue. Easily few yrs after vp. Sell b4 the issuance.

No more linkvilla after lui li gardens. Left Mostly smd n bungalow in future seg launches. Seg websote only have lui li garden n lepironia gardens info...island nusantara or other islands concept apa x2 pun tak ada. You may refer to propcafe below. More info than sps website.

Checked but the comparison not there. It is at part ll instead. Still individual preference. You mei more flexible.

The agent mayb wanna sell Jadehills. But jadehill has been flooded terriblely that time. I watched the youtube, it was like river on the road.

Propcafe came out a thread in their blog on the site visit and update for seg. Swimming pool is so small.....island's progress is so slow...the rest came out quite nicely

Based on the photos there at propcafe..The soon to be launched SMD seems alright...easy to accept

Not everyone like the seg rendering le. Maybe ur frien like boxy units. Symphonyhill maintenance is way beyond affordable level. GR can move in now.
