i'm just start looking for house, but didn't find any selling price in their website and after a few reading, Phase 1 is actually already sold out. any sifu can help to advise their selling price? thanks.

0386862255 is their office number, no need sifu to advise selling price, give them a call ask them the remaining cheapest unit then from there u can gauge how much is it

thanks guys, i maybe got the wrong info from my friends, not millionaire to afford this house. ^^. looking for below 700K. i wish SP Setia not mark up pricing so high. maybe they are aiming towards foreigner working in Cyberjaya.

Sorry bro Rm700k don't think you can get a good landed in cyber. Even for good view condo like mirage by the lake, it's abt Rm900K+ or alternatively Verdi condo in symphony hill Rm 700K. Check x 2?
