IMHO, semi D is on the mainland and LV is on the island. If you look at the plan, most of the LV in this launch will have some lake view. in terms of build up its almost the same. also, not everyone will need/want that extra land of the semi D as this development comes with a lot of common garden that is always nearby. extra land comes with extra maintenance cost. ~RM60-70 in this case, negligible tho.

SA said pricing/discount not confirmed for now. Lake view will depend on the unit. Some has more, some has less and some has none.

Had the same concern and the exact same reason I didn't buy Lepironia. By the time I was seriously considering, only the units facing the inner main road available.

I subsequently bought another project nearby and might be using this exact same road daily to get into MEX. Not sure if there is an outer road to get to MEX using the SEG flyover, if not good luck to those facing this road man.

I was there too and got the same information. net price after the 2+2 discount is ~1.70mil. didn't press for more cause not really buying.
