Either HIIT / Briskwalking / Walking with a slope / Jogging

It doesnt matter what speed others are doing and how long THEY are running. Do what u think is suitable for u. Speed 12 might be easy for someone else, but difficult for u correct? The aim is to TRAIN your body to ADAPT, not force it to sudden changes. For example, there was this skinny dude, first time seeing him in my new gym, tried to use the smith machine RIGHT AFTER I was done without removing my weights just because his gf was standing there. What happened next was the funniest shit i've seen in months!

1st time post here..

i think i have serious weight loss problem..
is it normal with only around 55kg(it's been around 3 years) with 170 cm?

i feel like very thin/slim and no matter how hard/many i eat,it still the same
i even test myself to eat many fast foods in 1 week but there is no difference for my weight too..

LMAO, well, he actually managed to bring it down to his chest, then was stuck. The girlfriend panicked, and started taking off the plates from one side of the machine before another dude just lifted the whole bar off him. Luckily it was a smith, if bench press, DIE!
Would have helped, but was taking a break from my incline benching, barely had energy to get up... sweat.gif

Tried cardio, doesn't help. Friend suggested gym with a specific workout.
Opinions? and If you think the workout plus cardio is a good idea, could you recomend me a workout that helps?

I took you years to pile up all that fat. You expected to lose them all in a month or two? unsure.gif

Smack those 'few people' for me will ya?

You're hungry, you're definitely going to eat something. I'll simplify it.
1 calorie from an apple is not equal to 1 calorie from nasi lemak. If you're eating fruits and vegetables instead of burgers, I don't think it's going to make you fat as compared to just eating burgers.

Oh, the bitter irony. I'm getting on the weight loss train starting monday.

Quit gym in March because of overseas assignments, and rejoined gym in September. Half a year doesn't show as much in your physique as in your strength levels. Heck, even dropping my previous weights by 25% doesn't make it easier. Pants getting tighter so I guess I'll aim to shave off 3 kgs or 2 inches off my waist. So, my goal will be to shave off excess weight while increasing strength levels.

Parameters :

- Natural foods, slight alteration in diet. Lower carb intake on normal days, higher carbs on two days a week during intense weight sessions.
- A normal tub of protein powder to make out for the lack of protein in my diet. No other supplements. No fat burner, nothing.
- Ramping up my workouts to six days a week.

It's the perfect opportunity for me to see how much applied knowledge can help in terms of fat loss.
