Don't worry about it, just stay focused on starting your weight training. You'll cross that bridge when you get there. smile.gif

hye to all sifus..
ive got one question to ask la..

currently(for the past two days)..
im doing my diet strictly and also on the cardio workout quite heavily..
ive also excluded the circuit training (my kangkang and my thigh already gained some pain already) and also some basic weight training(lower body area only because i still do weight training for my upper body)

the question is which combination of workout that is recommended by you all guys?

Option 1
do cardio that burned 750 to 1000 calories per day alone+basic weight training for my upper body+exclude the circuit training exercise...

Option 2
do cardio for about 15 minutes regardless the amount calories burned+do more basic weigh training+include circuit training exercise regardless the pain ive gained(no pain,no gain)

which one is better for a guy like me that weight in around 10x kilos??

Option 2

Do you have any idea how much cardio you have to do to burn 750-1000kcals?

I have to run 10k to burn 600kcals...

btw i get scolded for not wanting to give my baby formula milk.

people can scold us for lots of reasons. as long as you're educated and you know wat you're doing is right, stand your guards.

I want ask something,

I run 8km per hour speed for 3 minute
9km per hour speed for 3 minute
10km per hour speed for 4 minute
8km per hour speed for 3 minute
9km per hour speed for 3 minute
10km per hour speed for 4 minute

does this is HIIT?
Thank you for reply me.
*
No , cos you're just gradually increasing the speed.

My version of HIIT is ,
6km/h for 1min
13km/h for 1min

keep repeat for a few reps. Sometimes I have to cool down a 1.5 to 2 mins due to fatigue later on.

there's actually this other option of bread. it's called "adventist" and they used to sell it in Cold Storage. These days me and my family buy it from an organic shop in Subang. It is low in gluten and very high in fibre. kinda expensive though... RM6+ for 1 loaf (as big as Gardenia loafs).
Owwwhhh how much did u manage to kick off after 6 months???

*
Yea , I like that bread but cost too much sweat.gif
Maybe I should get it in the hospital since it's in my place.

Eat 4-5 whole eggs plus 2 tablespoon of good oil instead of bread.
Don't avoid oily stuff just ignore carb. Learn not to eat bread. Take plenty of green leafy veges if you want to lose fats fast.
Eat 5 protein meals a day plus plenty of good fats. Take protein supplements if you must.

Good oil = Olive oil ?

soft boil or hard boil ?? Cos I can't cook in the kitchen at the moment

Just finish my gym yesterday and it never feel soooo good.
Felt like I'm addicted to working out sweat.gif

Does this sounds good ?

Mon - Light Cardio / Weights
Tues - High Cardio
Wed - Rest
Thurs - Light Cardio / Weights
Fri - High Cardio
Sat & Sun - Rest

Olive, coconut, red palm oil and butter are good oils.
It doesn't matter how you prepare your eggs.

A gym trainer who believes in it is as good as any average joe on the street believing in it. There are many good trainers around, but there also those who don't deal with facts but believe in myths.

I had a friend who tried to convince me to go on that diet. Wasn't sold. Too many assumptions and too little fact.

ohmy.gif you eat it too! i can hardly find anyone else who does...! Where else can you find it? Cold Storage no longer bring in the product cry.gif the only place we can find it is in the organic shop.

Due to the short expiry date, my family usually keep the bread in the freezer. It can lasts us 2 weeks from the manufacturing date. Whenever we want to eat it, just steam few slices. Used to this bread now but I only take the ones in green packaging tongue.gif dislike the red one.

It depends , if you're going alone or don't have a clue on how to train , you should join fitness first but DON'T get the personal trainer . laugh.gif

Not necessarily mate. I started off without knowing ANYTHING and joined an oldskool bodybuilding gym, no aircond or hot chics in tight clothes. Lucky for me, the trainer there was a competiting bodybuilder and had good knowledge on what to and not to do. The people coming there were also MOSTLY male, all huge buff dudes who never hesitated to give advice whenever I asked. If you're a girl especially, a well renowned gym with good trainers would be helpful, just dont get conned to pay for unnecessary services. Most importantly, dont feel ashamed to ask if u need advice or help, u've got nothing to loose and everything to gain. Looking at the equipments for the first time would definitely be confusing, so ASK and dont ASSUME, remember that using them properly is very important to see positive results..cheers!

nod.gif True mate,

Personal trainer is only useful if you're going to compete in competition , else it doesn't have much difference. thumbup.gif
