hey guys, true or false, going to gym just trains your muscles, but your fat will remain and it will be even harder to get rid of

really can see the different

for me my tummy is getting smaller(not that small laa)
still have love handle..
have flab doh.gif
only losss 8 kg..
need to work hard..
50 minute on tredmill...
is it enough?

why need 50 min? i need 4min tabata + 5min cuci mata on track brows.gif
1hour in weight training.. taraaa... finish in 1hour 10min laugh.gif

but it's up to your preference.. for me it's about the things that u love to do.. i'm just prefer small amount of cardio + huge amount of weight training..

but in good manner.. if u think u need it for your exercise, go eat, otherwise, just eat little.. + supplement
early stage is hard to identify, which i need more, which i don't,
after several months, i know the quantity i need in order to lift weight...

Wait for another month, and measure your waist again, it will DEFINITELY be smaller!!
If u wanna buy also just buy a pair, in a month it will be too large for u..hahaha

1 advice for you xixo, buy a new belt or punch additional hole in your belt, can tighting your pants biggrin.gif ... nice arm, keep up the good work. I find it hard to build muscle now. Maybe I need to go to gym. Bodyweight exercise is not enough

I got confused, cos apparently cucumber was on the OK list, and carrots were not .. banana and watermelon is a big no no ....
