So there IS interval training. My friend said that if i were to burst and then slow it down a bit after that, I'm making the fat harder to get rid of.
And guys, apart from strength training and cardio, any other weight loss tips? I hate diets. Not because of the quantity, but because of the taste.
well actually i found interval training quite effective in dropping weight, but maybe its not the same for everyone ?
and i dont diet ... because putting yourself on a strict diet isnt sustainable long term for me .. can tahan for about 2-3 weeks (longest was 1 month) then i cave and eat EVERYTHING in sight
better to just watch your diet, make small changes .... brown bread for white bread, brown rice for white rice ... then maybe less rice, more veggies ... for me, diet doenst mean salad everyday, watch your intake of fried foods and sweets ... i have a sweet tooth, so if i really want that cookie i'll eat it ... just put in extra work out time for that week ... don't know if its effective, but its better than not eating bread/pastry for a whole month then eat like 2 muffins at one go
you need to find out what works for you lor ... just cut down one thing at a time ... i started with coffee ^.^
