No , cos you're just gradually increasing the speed.

My version of HIIT is ,
6km/h for 1min
13km/h for 1min

keep repeat for a few reps. Sometimes I have to cool down a 1.5 to 2 mins due to fatigue later on.
Yea , I like that bread but cost too much  sweat.gif
Maybe I should get it in the hospital since it's in my place.
Good oil = Olive oil ?

soft boil or hard boil ?? Cos I can't cook in the kitchen at the moment
Just finish my gym yesterday and it never feel soooo good.
Felt like I'm addicted to working out  sweat.gif

Does this sounds good ?

Mon - Light Cardio / Weights
Tues - High Cardio
Wed - Rest
Thurs - Light Cardio / Weights
Fri  - High Cardio
Sat & Sun - Rest

My goodness, if its too fast then go slower, no one is forcing u to do what others are doing. Increase your tolerance level slowly, take one step at a time and dont push TOO HARD. Doesnt mean u shouldnt push yourself though..

Hi, i would just like to ask a question if you don't mind smile smile.gif

i've started to workout much more vigorously at the gym and also to jog as well. For the past few days, i can suddenly feel that my arms, legs and abdominal muscles getting tense and it feels a bit hard as well. sumtimes after workout the muscles will feel got ache. During those times i will workout less for those muscle areas and redo my workouts when they are back to normal.

r my muscles ok? are these feelings normal? or am i working my muscles too much?

hope that i will get a reply regarding this. just some comments or advice will do. Thanks a lot notworthy. notworthy.gif

Perfectly normal.
Since you just started, that sensation might be new to you. Don't worry about it.

I've been sick!!! sweat.gif

I stop all my workout lately for a week just because of my high fever and extreme bad cough that I'm having. Anyway, I tried to go on for jogging but I can feel myself having breathing problem, is this mean my asthma is coming back or just because of my cough? fyi, i'm still having cough though

I'm actually don't really want to go for doctor because of the doctors I visited last time all sucks, they just everything like yea, you got it and that's it but I don't feel it that way. I'm not too sure if it's because of I'm still sick or what but now I can feel like my body ain't that capable compare to earlier when I start to work out again sweat.gif

Just go to the doctors and verify your athsma isn't acting up. Once that is out of the way, you should be good to go.

reduce to a suitable weight , not those that you struggle to do.

If you are having bad cough means your lungs are infected or inflamed. It is perfectly normal you are out of breath when exercising.
You may do some light stationary cycling. Do not jog as your lungs are not recovered yet.

Do not worry. It will take sometime for your body to recover.
