no,
i mean, you stick with same diet plan.. same food for sure.. at the beginning stage, u feel it's enough, and doesn't feel hungry at all. after quite some times... muscle showing up, body getting low in fat, shape appear, u found out, ur diet is not able to give full feeling anymore.. hungry always come.. but i think this is because my metabolism is going up.. am i right? just to confirm about it. |

QUOTE(faceless @ Aug 11 2010, 09:27 AM) You said it. If you ask an expert to calculate calories used versus calories intake you will see the obvious. If you feel hungry when calories used > calories intake, that is acceptable. i'm muslimso today sahur, chicken breast (boil) no skin, 2 egg, and chicken dice (cooked with oil) .. no feeling so hungry.. it's mental game i suppose.. if normal day, i feel like my stomach play the drum a lot.. need to use milk to reduce.. |

QUOTE(faceless @ Aug 11 2010, 04:08 PM) If you think fasting is mind over body then you lost the spiritual aspect of fasting I speak on behalf physical and mental issue.. none of my word focus on the religious issue.. Twenty years ago people fast. Now people starve themselves when the sun is out only feast through the night. It certainly does not make sense to me. It's not appropriate to relate all this since my vow basically for my god.. so nothing related k.. just casual chat.. |

But then everyday walking for around 30-45 minutes with 1kg dumb bells on hands should be working out for a starter right? I'm thinking to slowly increase my workout instead of going in heavily which might hurt myself again yup.. but keep pushing to its limit.. |

QUOTE(Sarah Angelina @ Aug 12 2010, 11:41 PM) Ya, I can't afford to overdo it, as I just got recover from injuries, hence it is important for me to start up slow yet steadily everyday, we burn out calories, even sleep is consider as work (because it's burn calories too, but too low)Anyway, I heard that house chores such as mopping, sweeping, hand wash clothes and etc are also consider as work out, is that true? as long u keep the healthy diet, with small portion of carb.. you still lost weight.. don't eat simple, but eat smarter.. that's freaking simple steps ... |

QUOTE(night @ Aug 13 2010, 11:29 AM) Is actually a good start. Since you have already pay RM1, you'll tend to utilize as much time in the gym just to make it worthwhile. It is like you're paying to eat a buffet. Once paid, obviously you'll try to eat as much as you can right? By the way, I doubt that the gym had lots of different equipments since you're paying RM1 only. of coz u won't play them too much, otherwise it's hard to recover.. play 2hour actually more than enough..more than that, it really give burden to your body.. at least for me.. 3 times per week x 2hour.. that my limit |

QUOTE(iamyuanwu @ Aug 14 2010, 01:16 AM) 2 hrs wasted, by spending too much time in the gym dawdling and going through the motions. That's why 2hrs is the max hours, I won't spend time too much..Look up a proper fitness or strength programme, go in, warm up, work out, and get out. 1 hour or 1.15 hr max. Thanks for ya info.. need to pack again the schedule so it will fit in 1hour |

QUOTE(Celest-Lee @ Aug 20 2010, 04:37 PM) i want to loss weight but i want it in a healthier way. What should I do? skip meal is not something proper in your diet.. reducing carb is the correct way.. add a variety.. eat more Everyday I went jogging and physical exercising for one hour. My breakfast will be oat or mee la. Then, lunch I either will skip or mixed rice, or oat again. And dinner will be small portion of rice and home cook stuff. Not very sure if im doing it right thou. QUOTE(serez @ Aug 20 2010, 05:04 PM) hye all. i`m new in here! btw just want to share my experience in losing weight. wow..impressive... u lost too much, why you don't eat gym to tone up your body... muscle help you a lot in calories usage... = fat loss.just lost 42kgs in less than a year (i`m not sure when i actually started, maybe 10 months ago). and currently need to lose some % of fat in my body. any suggestion other than carb cycling? thanks btw.. i'm reducing again 21.6.10 ~ 20.8.10 = total 10.5kg i can see muscle appear in my shoulder... tricep getting harder... QUOTE(WingDeSole @ Aug 25 2010, 11:27 AM) Actually I think if you want slim down, do not go to gym because when you went to gym, you will workout so hard in the end of the session, you will fell very hungry then you ate more. That's the reverse effect from your hardwork. i lol... nice advice but improper word used First you need to control your daily calories intake, Exercise just choose some lighter one such as jogging for half and hour and 3 times a week. Consume fiber to avoid cholesterol and fat. Consume phytonutrients protein to break your fat molecule When eat please eat in slower speed to avoid misunderstanding from your stomach. |

QUOTE(night @ Aug 28 2010, 10:32 AM) I seldom eat alot after my gym session as I'll feel guilty after all the sweat and effort I've put in. If I'm really hungry, I'll go for egg whites or fruits. Usually does the trick. don't feel guilty.. just eat .. but keep in track on what u eat.. that should give you better relieve. |

21.6.10 ~ 29.8.10 = total lost 12kg It's clean diet + exercise.. no supplement so far.. try to hit level of protein by solid food only.. perhaps after this will drink some protein supplement, my stomach can't stand for more food This post has been edited by xixo_12: Aug 29 2010, 09:34 PM |
