food is hard to choose..
life with my family... so all the food are mouth watering.. huhu.. all i can do is ikat perut.. can i just eat cracker when hungry? and 1 more thing.. i drink water a LOT.. sumtime it make my tummy go ballon.. huhu.. then nyesal eat to much.. |

how about my other question?

how about this then..
eat oat in the morning.. fruit in the afternoon.. then drink a lot of water(green tea, soy milk, water) then at night dont eat anything.. is this a good diet? |

even my fren are suprise why im the fat one in my family.. i have 3 younger sister.. all normal wear s type girl... beutifull to. heheh... im the only 1 boy in my family... |

starting gym now..
3 days a week... eat less.. current weight is 260lbs..(more i thing, dah dekat nak sampai 0 balik kat timbng) hope i dont hit wall... hehe.. wish me luck.. |
