My female friend, lost 1kg of body fat in just 4 days without much exercise and she is under 1 month program with me.
Another male friend with 24 days program with me, he had lost 2.5% of body in just first 7 days. If you want to have the above results in a healthy way and simplest way, just PM me for an appointment. |

QUOTE(ninetamerz @ Dec 29 2011, 02:59 PM) i just start low-carb diet, i dont feel any hunger or craving during daytime, but when night comes my hunger goes crazy, craving for foood..and i think this is the main reason why i always break my diet...so how to curb this? almost the same diet as yours, but can I ask, how many glasses of water do you take on a daily basis??my daily meal: 1) breakfast: hard boil egg/whey + plain water 2) lunch: poultry, fish+ veg+ plain water 3) dinner: same as lunch I usually drink about 13 glasses of water, morning i drink cold water (2 glasses) to rev up my metabolism rate for a short period of time. I think breakfast. you could size up the portion, 2 hard boiled eggs (i eat them with chilli sauce( the hottest i can find, and no, i dont get stomach ache, so its a plus to increase my metabolism rate), and a green apple (i favor green apples more, less sweeter then red ones) probably if you finish ur dinner around 6.30pm, a piece of Mcvities wheat biscuit (i dont know what other healthier snack than this that makes you feel good) and 2 glasses of water around 8.40pm, stop eating around 9pm since i sleed around 11pm. just my diet alone, has helped me lose 7kg in a month (i realize this is going too fast, average should be 4-5kg, my skin might not be able to shrink as fast as my weight loss and i might have a flab, but still happy that i can wear all my college days jeans, i couldnt even reach the buckle last time, around 4 cm away from each other....) apparently i need 2800 calories to maintain body weight (but based on my meals, my calorie intake is always around 1000- 1300) , since i do burpees at night and HITT sprint/jog/walk in the early morning (6.30a.m - 7.30a.m) |

QUOTE(VeeJay @ Dec 29 2011, 12:34 AM) mate, please stop spamming around! Sorry mate, at least i inform those person who like to take Herbalife to think twice before they consume it. Just google 'herbalife liver toxin' then you will know why. This is a discussion section! You may post as many as you want at Kopitiam, and many more would respond to you. In the health thread, I would deem your product a failure just from your one statement below "- No more strict diet and miss your love food. " There is no way you could loose fat and retain your build, without a proper diet and exercise! As what you mention 'There is no way you could loose fat and retain your build, without a proper diet and exercise!', unfortunately, there is now. Clinically proven and listed in Physician Desk Reference. Not i suka-suka said. This is science based product.. even listed in MIMS Singapore.. I just want to share to Make Life Better.. adios |

QUOTE(azbro @ Jan 4 2012, 05:01 PM) It depends on what diet program you choose. Got many out there. does that mean we'll stop losing weight once the muscles adapt??then what happens when we go on with the usual routine even tho our body has adapted? But I can say not eating supper is a mistake...you need to eat 3 main meal with at least 3 small meals in between. Weight loss is also not a one time thing...do it is small steps. If you are extremely fat, take a break every 10Kg (or 5Kg) you reduced. Best is to combine 2~3 weeks of dieting and 1~2 weeks of eating more food (healthy food of course). Then start dieting again and repeat the cycle. Regarding skipping or jogging, it depends on how heavy you are. Most ppl dun want to train like an athlete in order to reduce weight but some dun mind.....Just walk abt 10K a day should be enough. If you can reduce weight by just walking no need to accelerate it by jogging or running. Cause ones your body learns to lose weight by needing to do intensive cardio workout...walking than means little to your dieting. But its good to jog at least once a week. I'm not pro, i'm also now on a diet plan. I've tried a few plan previously. Considerably reduce a lot of Kgs, and gaining it back. But the current plan I'm in makes sense. So i'm sticking with it. |

QUOTE(~Curious~ @ Jan 10 2012, 10:08 PM) does that mean we'll stop losing weight once the muscles adapt??then what happens when we go on with the usual routine even tho our body has adapted? Actually, you have to balance your diet with mild exercise. Exercise doesn't mean once a week, more like periods of the day. Example in the morning to noon, you have to do a certain amount of steps or exercise in order to burn of calories from the breakfast. And in the afternoon and night you need to burn of the calories. A good thing about walking you can increase some intensity by mixing some amounts of jogging or stretching/pushups until you sweat, than continue walking again. You can always go to the gym for some weight lifting once or twice a week or swimming. I've tried many methods of weight management, the best is the slow gradually down step by step way and fast walking (mix with some jogging). The worst was lose weight fast and had to exercise like an athlete! Once you don't do it or fedup/give up than weight will shot up again like it once was. And its not easy to recover from it, since you are used to exercise like an athlete to lose than much weight, when it goes back up you have to diet and Exercise even more until you get sick of it and give up. So take it easy and lose weight gradually in steps. It better to lose 10kg a month than 15kg a month. Lose 10Kg first, than stop diet for a week or two and start your attack again for another 10Kg. The person that lost 15kg a month may or may not be able to lose another 15kg the next month because he is tired of the workouts and dieting. Remember to always eat protein and fibers even when you are not dieting. Exercise is a must always. Sorry to say, its not easy to lose weight, maintaining it is even harder. Sometimes you cry that all the work you did so hard and suddenly your weight starts increasing, and no amount of exercise or dieting help...than you simply give up and feel stress out that layers upon layers of fat start to creep back into your body. When you re-bounce back to fat and stabilize, start attacking again...but properly this time round. |

Seems like it's difficult to find L-Carnitine in pharmacy.
A forumer recommend Jarrow Formulas, Acetyl-L-Carnitine Arginate 500, 500 mg, 100 Capsules. He's using it and felt it gave him energy. He's in his 50's http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Acety...sules/2495?at=0 So I decided to buy Apple Juice Drink with L-Carnitine from Cosway. RM118 for 500ml. I'll share the results after a few months. ![]() 5'7" and 63kg. Diet and jogging 45 minutes x 4 time a week. I came to a conclusion that diet and exercise/weight training alone is not enough to shed those love handles/spare tyre etc. We still need to take some supplements because for some, their body lack fat burning agent. L-Carnitine is an option. Correct me if I'm wrong. This post has been edited by Raikkonen: Jan 15 2012, 11:19 PM |
