For the previous month, I've been dieting by eating 2 meals a day which consists of:

Lunch - A egg, vege, and a small piece of meat and a bowl of rice
Dinner - half bowl of rice, egg, vege, and a small piece of meat

and also exercise 3 times a day, each 1 hour +.

Currently due to work load, I didnt get to exercise as much as before, and I eat only 1 meal which is the lunch.

Yet, I notice my tummy seems to get bigger and arm is larger, very noticeable.

Or is it because of Constipation?

Well, frankly speaking you do not eat LESS to diet, you have to eat good and SMART. You can eat normal portion but take less fat/fried thingy, take more veges and fruits. And do not starve yourself. Eat 5 to 6 small portions of food each day, eat high protein, low carb and low fat food.

Do Cardio and strength training every 2 days and control your meal!
No fast food, no carbonated drinks.
Get Fish and taufo, veges and fruits.

By the way, please do cardio at least 40mins, followed by weight lifting or dumbells for 30mins.

You will get 20kgs down in no time!

At least I success, errm, to 19 kgs.

I guess it depends on how fast your metabolism rate is.
For jogging, depend on how fast you run. If it's slow jogging (I mean really slow), It wont burn much fat.
Basketball too, depend on how hard you play.
Arh, Rope skipping definitely can help in losing weight. I guess you can burn really lot of calories in this activity.

To lost weight, NEVER skip food. Just prevent eating unhealthy food, get more protein for muscles to grow.
When you have more muscles and since muscles is denser than fat, you will look slim in no time and through long periods, you will lost weight.

A healthy losing weight rate should be 0.5kg to 1kg per week, if you burn enough calorie more than you consume.

So, from your acitvity, if you control your food taking, you can lost to maybe 2 to 3 kgs I assume.
