QUOTE(bioslifeslim @ Dec 29 2011, 12:23 AM) You should aware about Herbalife before considering to consume it. Click at my signature to find out why. Read the last paragraph mate, please stop spamming around! This is a discussion section! You may post as many as you want at Kopitiam, and many more would respond to you. In the health thread, I would deem your product a failure just from your one statement below "- No more strict diet and miss your love food. " There is no way you could loose fat and retain your build, without a proper diet and exercise! This post has been edited by VeeJay: Dec 29 2011, 08:18 PM |

i just start low-carb diet, i dont feel any hunger or craving during daytime, but when night comes my hunger goes crazy, craving for foood..and i think this is the main reason why i always break my diet...so how to curb this?
my daily meal: 1) breakfast: hard boil egg/whey + plain water 2) lunch: poultry, fish+ veg+ plain water 3) dinner: same as lunch |

They give you good source of vitamin C and for me it helps me to get fresh and feel like fatigue in the day.Time to resume my lemon drinking, i used to drink it every morning before meal |

QUOTE(GloryKnight @ Jan 4 2012, 10:38 AM) so good on your weight cutting prog. I also wish to cut down my weight too. Have not been eating supper lately ler. Will start on skipping and jogging soon. It depends on what diet program you choose. Got many out there. But I can say not eating supper is a mistake...you need to eat 3 main meal with at least 3 small meals in between. Weight loss is also not a one time thing...do it is small steps. If you are extremely fat, take a break every 10Kg (or 5Kg) you reduced. Best is to combine 2~3 weeks of dieting and 1~2 weeks of eating more food (healthy food of course). Then start dieting again and repeat the cycle. Regarding skipping or jogging, it depends on how heavy you are. Most ppl dun want to train like an athlete in order to reduce weight but some dun mind.....Just walk abt 10K a day should be enough. If you can reduce weight by just walking no need to accelerate it by jogging or running. Cause ones your body learns to lose weight by needing to do intensive cardio workout...walking than means little to your dieting. But its good to jog at least once a week. I'm not pro, i'm also now on a diet plan. I've tried a few plan previously. Considerably reduce a lot of Kgs, and gaining it back. But the current plan I'm in makes sense. So i'm sticking with it. |

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « o.o but people also says not eating supper is good. but what i think the most important one is that you exercise. I have been living a sedentary lifestyle for almost a year already. I have gained some 7~8kgs in 1 year+. that sucks tho. Want my old body back colleague asking me to join him in chief's original boot camp. lol.. |
