Personally, I think that fat burners should be used as a last resort.

Lipo6 is one of the best fat burners aound in my opinion. For those, who wants to lose weight, I think that the best way out is to seriously count your calories. There is no easy way out.

Oh ya and I have a friend who used to fat burners, it didnt work for him as his diet was still horrendous even though he works out a lot.

that's why u should learn how to maintain it.
muscle weight lighter than fat weight.

muscle will make ur body use calories more than usual. I gain a few kg of muscle weight, but at the same time I did cutting and fat will getting low.. that's the reason I'm still losing weight.

i did a lot of reading before i start to diet on serious mode.. wink.gif

muscle does not weigh less nor more than fat. it's the composition that's different, not weight. 1 kg is still 1 kg but because muscle is denser than fat, so an individual with lower %bf will look smaller than an individual with higher %bf although both have same height and weight.

im losing 13kg during the fasting month..
raya gaining 3kg for 3 days..
sigh... so hard to lose fat.. but so easy to gain more.. now back to my diet.. and drinks alot of plain water,..

yerp... my previous weight is 105kg.. the heaviest that i've achieved is 115kg. when i realize i'm too heavy and getting hard for choosing clothes, i began to diet. at first im on-off diet. so my weight is like a yoyo.. its so hard to achieve 99kg. at that time im very frustrated with my diet. in two years i tried jog at least once a week. but still no improvement (because of mcd, kfc, pizza n watsoever i consume.. cannot tahan la) after 2 years on-off diet, i only achieve 10kg of reduction which is 105kg.

i become more frustrated (because im not the person that can go on with slow diet. like ppl said eat normal, and have a healthy lifestyle should be enuff). im the type of person if-im-not-eating, i-can-last-for-the-whole-day. but when i started to eat, everything i wanna consume.

so, during the fasting month i took the chance which i think it's the month which suite with my behavior.
1) i only drank alot of water during sahur (meal consume in the morning b4 fasting)
2) i jog everyday 30 minutes before breaking fast.
3) i took laksa/bihun sup only during breaking fast.
4) if still hungry i took a bowl of oat during night.

and walla losing 13kg within a month. thumbup.gif

P/S: i was so determined to looks good during raya. thats y this time can tahan.. biggrin.gif

hye..
i am 23 years old and currently 105kg.
i want to loss 20kgs of my body weight before december (my convocatioon)

how can i achieve this??
fyi, ive bought lipo6 black and will hit the gym by october.
thats mean i only have 2 months to achieve my target..
and i will go to the gyma after ive finished working

what i really really need advices for you all is what and how to have a proper diet??

bfast-eat what
lunch-eat what
dinner-eat what

any advices form you guys?

wow..20 kg in 2-3 months? u better follow strictly of what other member here suggest. u need to discipline ur diet.

hit a gym. do lunges, squat, deadlift and all muscles group so that u can hit all muscles. read how many reps and set u need to do for fat losses exercises.

for eat, eat small portion meals everyday. around 6 meals in a day. so that ur body can burn more calories.

p/s correct me if i'm wrong

wow..good weight reduction. but somehow i see not a very good way to do in puasa

1) u drink only during sahur - u should at least eat dates and drink so u can get enough energy. remember of what our prophet said in hadis.

2) actually i avoid do cardio before breaking fast. for your case, u not take any meal during sahur. ur body not get enough energy and might drain your muscle. try to do exercise 2 hours after u breaking fast.

cardio just burn calories during u do the exercise and a few hours after that. try do weightlift. u can burn more calories in 2 days.

3) laksa/bihun kinda similar to rice though. its better u get balance diet in ur meal. u need veggies, meat/fish/egg and fruit

this is only my opinion. remember of good and healthy diet. u dont want to starve.

yes, I agree with max. u loss weight because you starve your body. high probability will gain back after puasa. In the end same as yoyo diet. Remember a rapid weight loss most probably will gain it back (yoyo).

At least during sahur drink low fat no flavour milk 1-2 glass. You can have your water and protein this way.

Try not to cardio during starving and and your body dehydrate. Do it after buka puasa. Tarawih is a very good for you. got pahala and also can burn some calories.

bihun sup / laksa fill with sodium/ salt. Bad for your health. Better take complete meal consisting of rice + lauk + vege and plain water.

avoid the minyak2 food.. quite logical i think
and junk food.. and sweet drinks.. just try to stick to that first..sounded easy but its pretty hard as a start
