Avoiding food you love will lead to depravation - hence craving, hence pigging out if you're frustrated.

There's this nasi lemak that contains half the calories, carbs, fat of my favourite nasi lemak.... it's half of my favourite nasi lemak. tongue.gif

Portion control yo.

too ambitious? urm. nope. its a good motivation for u. keep it in your mind.

u can eat that oily or sweety, but in a very small portion. just to taste it. if u can avoid, then its better.

drink more water, green tea, fruit too.

Till now I reduced my sugar intake one(1) teaspoon of sugar/condensed milk.
Will try to make it '0'.

Lately I'm doing the Tabata Squat workout, but I failed to do as fast as like in the youtube video, as well very tiring sweat.gif Is it true that it's the combat that work to burn fat not the duration of workout?

Could be one of the below reasons:-
1) You did not warm up before going for a jog
2) The type of shoe you're wearing
3) The way you jog
4) As mentioned, you run too much

I hurt my heel before while jogging and I found out because I'm over stressing my leg. Just get plenty of rest after your jog and ensure you do enough warm up before your jog.

the warm up part, i'm pretty positive i'd done enough because my friend is an athlete is with me.. nod.gif he help me with the warm up part b4 he left me alone to go play basketball. shakehead.gif
the shoe, i used a normal sport shoe one (line 7). not the one for futsal, or basketball, etc. is it the cause? if so, may someone recommend me better shoe? (I'm on tight budget, so, hope no too high price tag sweat.gif ) thanx..
i'll learn for a better way to jog. maybe incorrect posture etc smile.gif
so, is it better if start step by step? maybe i push myself too hard. for example, it is long before i start to jog again several days ago. during the first jog, i spend about nearly 50minutes. is it too much? rclxub.gif hope can learn something here.. thank you

Normally I do first before I jog with dumbbells, and no doubt it's really exhausting. But I hope it works to get rid of the stubborn fat over my thighs sweat.gif

Hi all,

Anybody hear about Zumba fitness? Its a good workout and it will sure help you to lost weight. I use weight 100kg and manage to lost 25kg in 2 year time. To lost weight you will need to have strong determination in term of food intake and exercise.

Avoid oily and fatty food, try to go for cereal with low fat milk, oat, fruit. It will work very well with your workout plus the control of you food intake.

Sounds like promoting something here? sweat.gif
Anyway, cereals not really a good choice for diet I think, because most cereals sold in the market are quite sweet
