can fat burners (lipo6) help in losing weight?

i'm looking to shed a few kilo, started a combination of jogging/walking 3.3km every night , but the effect isnt really obvious (apart from improved stamina).

was thinking of trying something like lipo6. can it speed up fat burning if i take them and continue my daily exercise? looking to reduce fat in stomach and thighs.

btw, i've only started exercising daily for the last 2 weeks

Dont expect for a result overnight la. Its all about hardwork. I dont take fat burners, but so far I've lost 13kgs in 5months. Its all about discipline and determination. Goodluck!

haha dat one im not so sure.. but im using red one.. the blue one first time i tried i puke like mad.. lol dat time too used to junk food and fast food. now im in love with oat haha

take the uncooked one. The cook is refine more so it is supposed to be higher in GI. Oat dont taste good. Only add whey protein will it taste better.

lol. i've been eating the red quaker oat everyday for 4 or 5 years edi. starting eat feels weird, tasteless and like wanna vomit, but at least not as bad as drinking plain milk. add condensed milk (dun use sweetened creamer, not good) or honey if u wan some sweetness. adding honey is good, makes it taste like muesli bars, which is actually oats also. and now ramadhan, add dates in it --awesomeness!

Well yeah it works la, but I don't really like medication, so yeah.

Normal diets and routines.

I run 6days a week, and hit the gym 2-3 times. Well for food, cut down oily food and empty carbs. Eat more whole food with protein like chicken breast, beef etc etc smile.gif Dont really have to have the BEST diet in the world, just normal one will do la (: Well, determination and discipline is very important.

eat 5 meal/day

1 - egg + milk
2 - tofu + egg + vege + rice (small)
3 - egg + chicken breast + milk + almond
4 - egg + milk + fruit
5 - supplement pre bed meal

in between of 3 and 4 = gym 1 hours full working body. That's during normal day

fasting month.
1 - egg + milk + vege + fruit + misc (my mom cook)
2 - egg + chicken breast + almond + milk + rice (small)
3 - egg + milk + fruit
4 - supplement pre bead meal.

reduce gym time in fasting month - food depend on exercise day.

the secret = muscle gain in my body will make u hit ur result faster. as u can see, my diet basically focus on protein to heal the muscle faster.
don't try this at home laugh.gif

and have 1 day cheat.. i still eat pizza, mcd, kfc... last week ate 4 pieces of chicken kfc laugh.gif

Anyway, talking about Oat, I'm eating the red pack Oat. Feel tasteless at first but I add some condensed milk in it. That's my breakfast in the morning with milk. Then feel full until lunch. Sharp at 1pm I will hungry, then go for mixed rice with two vege and one chicken. Then, tea time, eat cherry tomato or fruits like Apple, or Pear. Then dinner, one scoop of rice and alot of vege and soup. Then supper, drink milk or Oat.

@xixo_12, since ur building muscle, if u dun continue, later the muscle will lose its firmness and become flabby right?? but how come can lose weight summore ar? i tot u gaining muscle weight?

@celest-lee, try add honey into ur oat instead of condensed milk. taste superb, and honey is good.

hey, just wanna share ma part bout fat burners. im currently consuming lipo 6. after the first 2 days of consumption i fell ill. however i highly doubt that it is in any case due to the fat burners, it is probably because i over pushed myself on my daily schedule sleeping late waking up early and working out. during my ill period of bout 5 days, i stop my intake of pills. ive since lost 3kgs. in a week. nw i dunno whether its cause i was sick or the pills or both. but i definitely feel the effects of the pills.

HELP ...
I dun know why I cannot reduce my weight already ...
Last time I can reduce my weight, almost 4kg per month ...
So, from the beginning my weight was 98kg, after 6 month I reduce almost 20++ kg.
Now my weight was 75kg, but stuck already, the weight cannot being reduce for almost 2 month already.

My meal for keep fit was:
Breakfast: 3 table spoon Oat + milk
Lunch: Vegetarian (Normal meal with rice)
Dinner: 3 table spoon Oat + milk

Everyday jogging for 80 minute ( speed 7 km/j )
My height 163cm and weight was 75kg.

Help me ... how I can continue to reduce my weight ... just 10 more kg will be enough already.
