lol. i've been eating the red quaker oat everyday for 4 or 5 years edi. starting eat feels weird, tasteless and like wanna vomit, but at least not as bad as drinking plain milk. add condensed milk (dun use sweetened creamer, not good) or honey if u wan some sweetness. adding honey is good, makes it taste like muesli bars, which is actually oats also. and now ramadhan, add dates in it --awesomeness! @xixo_12, since ur building muscle, if u dun continue, later the muscle will lose its firmness and become flabby right?? but how come can lose weight summore ar? i tot u gaining muscle weight?
@celest-lee, try add honey into ur oat instead of condensed milk. taste superb, and honey is good.
