yerp... my previous weight is 105kg.. the heaviest that i've achieved is 115kg. when i realize i'm too heavy and getting hard for choosing clothes, i began to diet. at first im on-off diet. so my weight is like a yoyo.. its so hard to achieve 99kg. at that time im very frustrated with my diet. in two years i tried jog at least once a week. but still no improvement (because of mcd, kfc, pizza n watsoever i consume.. cannot tahan la) after 2 years on-off diet, i only achieve 10kg of reduction which is 105kg.
i become more frustrated (because im not the person that can go on with slow diet. like ppl said eat normal, and have a healthy lifestyle should be enuff). im the type of person if-im-not-eating, i-can-last-for-the-whole-day. but when i started to eat, everything i wanna consume.
so, during the fasting month i took the chance which i think it's the month which suite with my behavior.
1) i only drank alot of water during sahur (meal consume in the morning b4 fasting)
2) i jog everyday 30 minutes before breaking fast.
3) i took laksa/bihun sup only during breaking fast.
4) if still hungry i took a bowl of oat during night.
and walla losing 13kg within a month.
P/S: i was so determined to looks good during raya. thats y this time can tahan..
