wildcat90 u got the results for mr selangor? cant seem to find it online..my cousin joined it..lol..hes going for mr kl too

EDIT: nvm..he just texted me..he got 4th place..junior below 21yrs >70kg category i think..not bad for a first timer

just tat ur body doesn't look like it has only 12% bf.
i think it's around 15-20%.

Yup, congratz to him! Post up his photos in this forum! Oh, and for competitions updates, you can go to www.malaysiamuscle.com. My site reports mostly Singapore contests because I'm there. I'll be in KL just for Mr KL.

Your back is definitely your strongest point. And you've gotta get a lot more work in to bring out your chest and abs more. As they say, you're only as strong as your weakest link. My two cents.

But anyway, best of luck for Mr KL, man.

Here's something from Poliquin which I've seen work very well with a lot of clients. He has this BioSignature course and they calculate various things such as your skin fold, stress levels, saliva, blablabla all of which we don't have access to. And he says, it's possible to target specific areas of fat (meaning, spot reduction) but it ISN'T by exercise.

It's by controlling your hormones, with supplements and rest and certain dietary changes. YES, Poliquin can speak controversial things/sometimes even retarded, but I think this is true.

It seems that you've a slight problem with belly fat/love handles. This is, according to Coach P, caused by cortisol and insulin. Here are a few steps to reduce that.

I'm not sure if you can get supplements like that here, and in two weeks, I think cutting your simple carbs and sugars (as you're probably already doing) would likely be the best way. Just thought it'd be something cool to share.

Oh, I read that before. Thanks anyway. But I don't follow it to the T. Instead, I asked Mr Singapore 2010, Mr Singapore 2006, an international female fitness competitor and a lot of other Singaporean bodybuilders for specific help which caters better to our asian body. It's not hard to get free advice when the top bods on this tiny island know about my blog. wink.gif

Yup. Free advice. Lots of it. Well, most of my tips are for mass gaining. But hold on, since I'm cutting now, I'll blog about what I'm doing and what I've learnt from the bodybuilders who have helped me. wink.gif
