Wow. SSooooooo much criticism. Some are constructive (thanks a lot! biggrin.gif ). Some talk cock. I'll leave it up to you guys to figure which is which yea. But most of all, thanks for those who support (john, diablo, yuanwu, david89). And yup, noticed my lagging chest long time ago liao. Recently trained with Kevin Chiak, Mr Singapore 2010. And you guessed it, I made it a chest day. Got lotsa tips from him and can't wait for my next chest day! Next next week I'll train with Adrian Tan, Mr Singapore 2006. Hoping to get more tips. Very nice of Adrian to offer his help.

And oops! It's 6th May 2010.

And hey Pedro, I'm 3 yrs younger than you. In fact, EXACTLY 3 yrs!! I'm born on 8th July too sleep.gif''. So I'll grow. After Mr KL, I won't be competing for AT LEAST 2 yrs - to bulk up.

Bro, you're right in the fact that people should learn their weak points to bring it up. But yuanwu was talking about exaggeration which makes a difference between "your back overpowers your chest" and "you're a hunchback!! You look like this!". Yes, you have a point. Oh, actually, the reason is because I took the before photo after a back workout and the after photo cold and unpumped. So, who knows how much bigger it could look like pumped?biggrin.gif

Oh, I read that before. Thanks anyway. But I don't follow it to the T. Instead, I asked Mr Singapore 2010, Mr Singapore 2006, an international female fitness competitor and a lot of other Singaporean bodybuilders for specific help which caters better to our asian body. It's not hard to get free advice when the top bods on this tiny island know about my blog. wink.gif

Yup. Free advice. Lots of it. Well, most of my tips are for mass gaining. But hold on, since I'm cutting now, I'll blog about what I'm doing and what I've learnt from the bodybuilders who have helped me. wink.gif

aliluya, here are a few tips for you-

1) Set specific goals for yourself. Yea, I get it that you don't wanna be buffed, but choose someone's body whom you might wanna emulate, like Ryan Reynolds, who is small but very lean.

At least you're going the right way in setting a time limit for yourself to reach your goal.

2) Have a fixed routine. Don't just go to the gym and go from machine to machine. Here's a sample routine -

3) Watch your diet. You didn't tell us about it. So, tell us.

Well, normal diet will give you normal body. So take the effort to change it. I'm writing a complete guide to weight loss on my blog. It'll take some time though cause I want it to be as comprehensive as possible. Hope you don't mind waiting.

My diet is super simple because I'm lazy to cook. And now I'm preparing for Mr Kuala Lumpur. So this is a cutting diet, not a mass gain.

Meal 1 - chicken breast and oatmeal

Meal 2 - chicken breast

Meal 3 - tuna and broccolli

Meal 4 -tuna and broccolli

Meal 5 - egg whites

Meal 6 - egg whites

total: 315g protein, 80g carbs, 40g fat, 1890 calories.

perhaps you have fast metabolism. Ur diet seems pretty full of calories and protein. Hows your training? Heavy, low reps and full of compound movements?
