woah, john's legs are huge. I havent squat for a very long time since gym near me closed. just doing sprinting once in a while to train legs.

12 week weight gain or weight loss ? do you have cheat meal / day for every week ? Can explain abit of your cut. I will end my cut in early june. Afraid of losing too much muscle.

Here's my cutting progress. Actually my dateline is 1 July but Im not satisfied with the cut. I'm going to add 2 more weeks and see how it progress. I want to go dryer so that can see the 6 pax. Now only 4 pax visible but not that define. Pic taken after waking up, cause upon waking up I look more define biggrin.gif

For me, I bodybuild to eat calorie dense food or junk food. That is my main purpose of bodybuilding, your muscle can use some of the calories because we all know more muscle means more energy used. It is better for you to be fat and strong than be fat but weak.

Second purpose of bodybuilding is to see if I can follow the strict rules of bodybuilding. Looks like I can, but with less knowledge, you cannot go much
