if u have endo or meso-endo type of body, it should b there.
i read from bb.com, it's common problem, many ppl complain about it also.
eventually if u build chest muscle, the 'fats' surrounding the nipples would be 'stretched'. of coz diet will play it's part in reducing bf.

it looks to me u drink more than u eat man.
for breakfast may u can have a few eggs plus wholemeal bread or oat.
tea break u can have fruits and nuts.

u just drop a bomb after only 3 months into bb.
imo, some ppl dun bother controlling diet, they just want to lift heavy.
