my current routine, all using 8kg dumbbell, 5 days a week, 2 days for rest or one of the days i go for jogging
one arm shoulder press 5 x 10 - 12 reps
one arm upright row 5 x 10 - 12 reps
one arm dumbbell curl 5 x 10 - 12 reps
concentration curl 3 x 10 - 12 reps
push ups 10 x 10 - 12 reps
any comments? i have to settle for simple work out now since i dunhav a gym near my area
Needs chest, shoulder and back.
I think push-ups alone wont be enough. You need to gradually increasing weights for you to improve.
