Well I went through the same thing and trust me we have probably 1/3 of the number of HO during our time LOL... And we are still hitting the gym almost daily pre/post call.

Any before pics for comparison? Maybe its the pics but looks like you are lacking mass in several areas like the delts, traps, lat sweep and bi/triceps for someone who has trained for close to two years. Maybe before pics will justify the progress.

Not a progress picture. More of a before picture, after 6 months of lay off, gonna go thru a 4 month clean bulking phase before getting rid of the fat. Good luck to myself!
