reverse curl and dumbbell hammer curl(across the body variation)

yeap if u do it all the way up.. do across the body variation but only lift slighty above 90 degress. dun go all the way up like u do bicep curl.. even the reverse curl use a curl bar and also do it slightly above 90 degrees and curl ur wrist upwards while u're goin up. you get what i'm sayin? it's all improvision to what works for u.. these works for me.

actually play from my weight 110kg. Now only 92kg. I lost a lot.. and long journey to build it.

Comparing pictures on April from previous years:
From left: April 2009, April 2010 and April 2011.
Now starting to include more kardio in my workout to earn more visible abs...

Nothing to envy, its really hard to gain, yet so damn easy to drop, especially during Ramadhan, or if I skipped gym for a week or two.

345lbs x 6, slight help with 5th rep, more assist with 6th rep. Kept telling myself if that spotter fails I would die horribly.
Rep scheme was:-

Nah. I'm on a low rep scheme. The body adapts after a certain amount of time so it's good to switch it up. I wanted to go heavy today so I kept my warm up sets low and heavy to prime myself for that lift. Else I'll be warming up with 225lbs x15-20 for a few sets.
