I'm very carb sensitive too. Even trying to manipulate the GI doesn't bear much fruit.

i normally take lots of veggies and fruits too. but im trying out this new diet so for the meantime i gotta omit them. below 20g carbs a day for induction phase, and below 30g starting this week on. i still take a small amount of celery and broccoli everyday tho, and some of my carbs are still coming from dressing like wholegrain mustard and protein shakes.

hey guys, may i ask something. Will our body adapts to the low-carb diet?

I have been on low carb diet forever , thats around 7--8 months of low carb diet. And my fat loss has been stalling for 1 month now. Is it because my body has adapt to it? i ate enough fat and is on high protein

please advise. Thank you!

david post ur diet up? how low is "low carb" also?

IMO ur body will definitely adapt to the low carb in the sense that u dont feel moody/tired etc cos ur body becomes used to running on fats like in a keto diet.
if ur weight loss is stalling, perhaps it cld be activity level or calorie intake, not just dieting. just becos ur on a hi protein low carb diet doesnt mean u can eat as much hi protein stuff as u like. excess that ur body doesnt need is still going to spillover into fat.

guys..am i rite to say..to get a lean body n six pack...

need to hav good nutrition,constant training...and lots of cardio..?

Lean body with six pack requires low body fat. Everyone has six pack of course, but its the matter of visible and how big is the six pack.

Of course u need cardio or HIIT to burn the body fats, added with abs workout.

Besides protein, fiber, carbs, u need oil also, of course the oil is good oil like flax seed oil, olive oil. Our body needs essential oil to work properly like omega3.

i have 15.8% fat is tat ok?

HEHE, my diarrhea stopped for a week! Ii think im gluten intolerant...Have been taking that quaker oats in the red container with gluten...stopped taking it and my diarrhea just disappeared! Noticed weight gain after stopping those oats...

Gonna stop NO xplode next week for a week to cycle.

My traps? Haha, ask darklight and he'll tell you what I only do for traps.

Yep, only DB shrugs. HEAVY + Strict form (which means loosen your shoulders to stretch your traps all the way down, shrug as high as possible, hold, bring down, stretch, repeat) Currently I'm doing 90lbs DB each side for 10-12 reps x 4 sets...wish I could go heavier...if only my grip isn't that weak.

DB Shrugs only during back day...then when you do shoulders the next day and if you do lateral raises CORRECTLY (and not swinging) it'll recruit the upper traps at the top of the lateral raise movement when you hold it on the top at about 90 degress abduction of the shoulder.

How low is your carb? Have you tried shocking your body by doing some changes to your diet?
For eg. 85% fat, 10% protein and 5% carb for about 5 days. Then to keto, 30g carb for 2 weeks.

Excess protein and fat can't be converted into body fat. They will be excreted out. That's why our dump and pee smell horrible when we are eating excess protein.
