Bulking phase. Don't expect too much:-

Seriously too tired to flex hard. This new anabolic diet I'm trying out is giving me insane strength but my stamina is down the drain. I'll take pics on Monday again after the weekend carb loading.

Is it? I didn't realize. Not really comfortable in taking pics without shirt, that's why I won't ever compete, haha. Starting a cut phase soon.

Added on July 10, 2010, 10:10 amMaybe it's better if I give a before and after pic:-

It's not keto. It's not even CKD. If you use these terms we're not on the same diet. =P

I'm very carb sensitive too. Even trying to manipulate the GI doesn't bear much fruit.

Burp! The fat is utilized as an energy source instead of carbs.
