whee darkie we're on d same diet?
im enjoying my carb load too... ive had oreos and famous amos and some PBJ sandwiches... and using the weekend to hv all the fruits n veggies ive been missing in the week too. including durian. but i think i shld go easy on the sweet stuff next week. lols |

really, pedro? that carb sensitive??
my first experience last weekend - whn i carb loaded i got "chubbier" and i look like im holding alot of water. but by tues or wednesday that all goes down after getting back on the hi fat hi protein. carb load is necessary on the AD/CKD to help with recovery |

I dunno but when I reintroduced oats after almost 1 year keto it was very bad,lost definition and gained weight.
