i need some advice here.
i plan to go for muscle isolation but totally clueless of which group muscles i should work on for each day.
can someone suggest me which muscle group works best with which muscle group?
for eg. Monday-Chest and Tri etc.

one question, imma go into cutting phase.
is there any shake i can take to speed up this process(never tried protein before though)?
