Hey guys, i've juz started out my mass training. I'm most part ecto and small part meso and I've been doing this for 2 weeks, need you all to give some comments.
day1
-Chest: machine bench press (3x8-10), Cross over(3x8-10), Butterfly (3x8)
- shoulders: barbell raise (3x8-10), lateral raise (3x10), front raise (3x10)
day 2
-Biceps: preacher curls(3x8-10), barbell curls(3x8), concentration (3x8-10)
-Triceps: S.crushers (3x8-10), dumbell extsion (3x8-10), cable pushdwn
day 3
- traps: shrugs( 6x10), upward row (3x8)
-Abs: using various machines (9x8-10)
- Cardio: HIIT cycling of 15min.( wanna puke after this)
so u guys think i should change to make improvements? I've read that squats and deadlifts are crucial for muscle gaining, should i slot them in my training?
