QUOTE(gtoforce @ Jun 14 2010, 12:22 AM)
how would you feel when some one fatter and smaller than you commented on the way your doing your routine
i mean, i was just milling about doing my standing calf raises with the smith on a 200kg poundage (last set), and then sorang mamat ni (bf% around 35% and calf is nowhere to be seen) ushered me aside and was telling me

"dude, i think you should not bend your knees while doing the calf raises. it could ruin your back and thats the last thing you want. i love calf raises, been doing it 100 and 150's (dunno if lbs or kg's) and i will always lock my knees."

at that time, i was telling myself, is this guy really smarter than milos sarcev cuz his vids taught me on not locking the knees and always slightly bend them to prevent pain in knees and lower back (to encourage the hips to support the weight)

i just smiled

Dude. What the heck? I think Malaysian bodybuilding competition organizers have a lot of things to learn from their Western counterparts. It's damn unfair to you isn't it? I would definitely assume that the winner was in a heavier category than you. That means you should have won your class.
*
YUP.. his 5kg heavier, but i understand the situation so I won't blame the contestant for dropping his category

QUOTE(shoduken @ Jul 24 2010, 04:35 AM)
zzz my pain is nowadays non stop after session with my PT. wake up the next morning my particular training part will ache >.<
*
Few factor here :

1. Your PT push you over the limit of your body can accept with HIT training or volume training, GVT training, etc.
2. Not enough nutritional food or not eating enough food. (protein, carbs, fats, vegetables, etc)
3. Not enough rest

Solution :

1. Bare with the pain but if you felt it is beyond from what you able to do, tell him that.
2. Increase you meal with a proper micronutrient or add in some supplement. (multi-vit, protein, creatine, etc)
3. Stop sleeping late and have a nap once in a while in a day.

i think ppl frm AU, UK, US etc are genetically that way (muscular, big build, big boned).... n their environment is also good for bblding. on top of that... food is good. i hear beef is very cheap in AU - good lean cuts too. and in US supps r cheap... especially whey.
*
ppl here are naturally big. The food portion pun dah besar, actually their supplement is kind of cheap if earn their money but if convert also same amount..
