Get double rich chocolate, u cant go wrong with that if u like chocolate flavour, i love it so much that i misses it right now( finished it already). Used to take it as my post workout shake.

many ppl go for double choc, strawberry and vanilla...just buy it, how bad the taste can be ?? furthermore, it's just a supplements...

ken, what you suggest for a replacement of skim milk? been taking dutch lady 250ml low fat milk as snack doh.gif if nuts, how much is sufficient for 1serving?

I have. Flavour wise, it's okay I suppose. Though, it's definitely far poorer value for money as compared to Scivation or ON.

You do realize, all you have to do is type that sentence into google and you'd get plenty of answers? Don't be lazy.

cardio + clean diet.

everyone has 6 packs, just that its covered by a layer of fat. reduce that layer and you will see yours.

if you want more size/definition/symmetry in them, work on abs exercises

k guys...i read another reply earlier bout taking ON serious mass...

im 174cm..currently 61kg...if i wanna bulk till 67-70kg and bodybuild at the same time...

shud i take serious mass or just whey?...12lbs seems alot tho..any idea how long it last if i buy serious mass 12lbs?..thx

whey...12lbs seems a lot if you think you need to finish it in a week...if you bulk for 3-4 months, a bag of that won't be enough...

My consumption is 3.5Lbs per month,but take into account that am doing an 8 day split and also that my diet is already high in protein.

Guys,how many scoop of whey do i need for my post-workout?Cause 1 scoop is around 3 ounces..Im using the ON 100% whey btw..

you should calculate the protein amount instead of the weight in 1 scoop...minimum is 2 scoop ~ 48g of protein...optimum results likely to be seen if you consume everyday and reach your consumption target X gram ~ X body weight in lbs...

p/s : ppl tend to consume it in insignificant amount cause they don't want their whey to finish off too soon (and some more lack of solid food in daily intake)...and that's the reason why they didn't grow as per desire...

meaning to say if one scoop contains 24g of protein and if i weigh 60kg, i need approximately 3 scoops a day as ideal consumption?
