i am very new to body building or even gym. i do not sign up with any personal trainer. Below is my workout program.
Monday : Chest -> followed by Back -> then Cardio (15 minutes elliptical trainer + 5 minutes rowing) Tuesday : Legs -> Abs -> Cardio (20 mins treadmill) Wednesday : Biceps -> Triceps -> Cardio (15 mins elliptical trainer + 5 mins bike) Thursday : Legs -> Abs -> Cardio (20 mins treadmill Friday : Shoulder -> Cardio (15 mins elliptical trainer + 5 mins rowing + 5 mins bike) Saturday : Legs -> Abs is my programe ok? Should i do weight training 1st before cardio exercise? Or should do cardio 1st? also, somebody said the combination should be: 1) Back + Bicep, 2) Chest + Tricep, 3) Shoulder + Abs. i am very confused now. Which combination is more effective? Hope the expects here can reply. thanks. |
