QUOTE(diablokun @ Feb 12 2010, 11:38 PM) not trying to bring you down, but gaining muscle while cutting is rather hard...try google cutting and you'll know what i mean... my pov is, since you're a student, with a tight budget, get yourself a decent fat burner...that is if you have good diet...once you complete your cutting phase, then you can take protein... Owh ic..Umm from what i heard, fat burner is not recommended for me..The trainer in Cf said that fat burners are all bullsh*t and waste of money..

The basic idea is that if they can raise your metabolism even a little bit, you will burn more calories each day, even while resting... actually, i don't think it's that easy to gain muscle and shred fats in the same time...it's either this or that, you can't have both mate...

Oh, if you're a beginner for the dances, make sure you joined the beginner class. I've joined the advanced straight away before and let's say.... I lost my chance with plenty of ladies there that day.. ''

QUOTE(faizpsp89 @ Feb 13 2010, 12:54 AM) But..............Shy la.......Mostly the class is full of women....1 or 2 mens only there The aunties there will put you to shame! I tried Bodypump a loooong time ago, and I could barely keep up with them using the same weights as they are. Many women in Bodypump classes are pretty well conditioned, even if they may not have the slimmest body with low bodyfat.

The key indicator to your progress should be your BODYFAT percentage. It's not your weight. People who go jogging, do see a reduction in weight, but the fat levels and skin are still everywhere. Why's that so? Because they do not address the issues with skinny fat but instead go around thinking and reduction on the scale, is a good reductio. That is NOT true! The best way to fat reduction, (at least in the early stages) is gradual reduction in carbohydrates and maintaining an amount of strength training with conditioning. Then we've to move into options such as specific spot fat reduction (Amazingly, scientist have argued that this MAY be possible), carb cycling, thermogenic and a shitload of other methods.

QUOTE(bizness @ Feb 13 2010, 03:24 AM) Try L-Carnitine. It's available in most pharmacies. Pretty safe. No stimulants. And from the results my friends and clients have gotten from it, it works!
