hey guys, for ppl who is not fat, how long do they need to do cardio before doing weight lifting ?

Mmm I just do about 10mins on the treadmill as my warm up.
I do about 8mins breeze walk, then 2mins run.

Your warm up just as mine. However, you do your stretching before or after warm up?

Mmm, I do my stretching after I do my workout. So in that case it's after warm up I guess.

Hi guys, I just finished 1 tub of ON whey protein 5lbs. It was the first supplement i ever consumed, since i have already finished it, so now I im planning to get another supplement instead of whey protein.
ON serious mass 12lbs seems to be a good deal with 50g of protein per serving with carbs as well, while ON whey protein 5lbs has only 24g per serving. Both are priced at rm200+. At the same time im bulking. Currently 170cm , weight at 59kg. Should I get the mass gainer instead of whey protein?
The protein on serious mass is different from the protein from ON whey?
I need some clarification, please help guys. Thanks

Each serving is 2 scoops, thats why it gives 50g of protein. And look at the Carbs, 252g , thats massive. I think that answers ur question since u're looking for low carbs

imho,

double rich choc seems ok for me, taste almost close to milo...

vanilla ice cream flav... if u are shaking with milk, its really nice, but with just plain water... it doesnt taste that great...
