Hi guys, I just finished 1 tub of ON whey protein 5lbs. It was the first supplement i ever consumed, since i have already finished it, so now I im planning to get another supplement instead of whey protein.
ON serious mass 12lbs seems to be a good deal with 50g of protein per serving with carbs as well, while ON whey protein 5lbs has only 24g per serving. Both are priced at rm200+. At the same time im bulking. Currently 170cm , weight at 59kg. Should I get the mass gainer instead of whey protein?
The protein on serious mass is different from the protein from ON whey?
I need some clarification, please help guys. Thanks
