hello fellow bodybuilders. My name is Ben and I just started working out in the gym. I'm 181cm and 55kg, I need to gain another 19kg for my BMI to be normal. I'm on serious mass supplement. =)

Hi, I just started working out a month ago, this will be my 2nd month working out. My goal is to gain weight and build muscle. I took serious mass for a month, and now I plan to start GOMAD. I was wondering if I should do the stronglift 5x5 or just carry on with what I have been doing, which is free weight and machines which focuses on a specific part of my body. So which one should I do? thanks

question about stronglift 5x5. in the website it says that start with the 20kg barbell to learn the technique first and it says for squats add 5lbs every workout. What about deadlifts? How much should I add each workout ? Thanks
