Emo or not does not come from steroids. Do some studying before spurting out something like that. Have you ever seen a Mr.Olympia level bodybuilder (Which is clearly a center stage for dope) crying on stage while posing?

but yeah, mostly bbers get emo due to low carb diet, something i can relate to myself.

pressure is another factor, not steroids. steroids give u roid rage biggrin.gif

Yea, acne scars is the most obvious to find out whether a person took steroids or not. That does not include face acne scars? Like tiny holes everywhere.

Based on my observation, apparently a lot of guise in the gym including myself can't do barbell bench press much, don't know WTF is wrong. I know my bench press form is definitely wrong, DB bench press is okay (always do 6 - 7 sets each for both flat and incline). I know if I rely on the barbell bench press, there won't be any koyak orgasm at all.

I'm 18 and I can bench 80kg. I'm 5"10. But I don't like Barbell bench like darkie, dumbbell bench FTW.

I saw him doing shoulder press yesterday at 55lbs DB. The max I can do at the moment, 40lbs.

Arabian guy came right after I about to leave just now, today he rilek a bit doing cardio only.

Oh yea, today I did 320kg leg press, only 4 reps. 1st, 3rd and 4th rep didn't go down much (this one 400kg also can if you don't go down much, but no point), the 2nd rep is the really koyak my entire legs, took me a few secs to push that shit back up, so I count it as 1RM at 320kg leg press for me. I was aiming for 3reps at least, but too intense, it was my 3rd set, 2nd workout right after barbell squat.

And managed to do 15 times of push up today, nais! tongue.gif

Roid Rage is very controversial. If you are hot tempered as a person...what makes you think that steroids are the cause of it?

But I personally believe that steroid consumption is a commitment and to think that you are going to be affected by the emotional imbalance, androgenic effects of this particular substance, then I don't think you have the certain degree of readiness just yet. If any users in LYN would come up and explain on your particular cycle, PCT etc, that would be great.

Lets all look at it as a form of education rather than preparing to pin point the steroid users and start throwing ridiculous statements like " Mr Ahbeng takes steroid thats why he deadlifts 855 pounds " . Lets get real, to be able to pull 855 pounds without juice is miracle even Jesus would think twice about.

After all we are grown ups aren't we.

I haven't done BB bench press for months. sweat.gif DBs FTW! Managed 45lbs for 3x10 and 40lbs for remaining 2 sets. thumbup.gif

the physical condition is called hypoglycemia. which makes ppl go crazy and kill ppl without knowing they killed, caused by low blood sugar level. lol

Putting the steroid issue aside, I just want to know what you guys usually eat/take before bed.

Plain milk (casein) + whey is good enough?

Had a huge plate of oily and carb loaded mee goreng ayam last night for supper and I feel so guilty.

I take fried chicken/ Big Mac w/o sauce/ Carb-full stuff and cheese usually. Lol, its good being an ecto. Not much protein around sigh.

as long as ur improving thats just fine
worry too much, that'll be the main reason why gym goers quit and i think its ridiculous
i hate the term giving ur self credit etc and all those crap but i'd rather say be patient
give urself 1 year plus

i've seen people benching 50kg's plates per side (100kg's colelctively) but they all suck at doing it cuz they dont do it full rom
perhaps 40-50% rom

my max is 40kg's per side but i'd rather do a 4-6 reps 100% ROM

Well, for a change, I decided to take a tin of Tuna in water...not sure if it's ideal for a pre-bed meal.

I gotta say that he has certainly "owned" our asses tongue.gif



Oh yes, what do you guys think about having tandoori and rice as a pre-bed meal?

Tandoori is certainly not oily but the idea of having rice before sleep sounds crazy to my friends.
